As a digital company without an office or any physical products, manufacturing, shipping, or materials to distribute, we do not have scope 1 or 2 emissions per our 2019 and 2020 audit by climateneutral.org. However, we do have scope 3 emissions. Our target was to be net zero by 2028. We have already achieved that goal and are trying to maintain it even as the world of business travel goes back to normal post-pandemic. We have continued to reduce our carbon footprint, but that is in part due to downsizing our company operations and relying on outside partnerships. The key for us to select partners that align with our goals and also to advocate for change and action in other companies.

We ask for reports on the energy used at each employee's home and pay for carbon credits for energy consumption. While these aren't company offices, it's a way to show our commitment and it has our team thinking about their footprint and looking at green options when they make those personal decisions for their home energy.
