4.1.17 Do you have a plan and are taking action to reduce emissions from your value chain?

*

Yes

We complete a net-zero compliance audit of our supply chain annually and implement changes based on the findings. The audit was not only hypothetical. Actions taken so far have included switching from Otter.ai to Fathom.video as our transcription tool of choice, and from Calendly and CRISP Chat to Brevo.com, in both cases because we recognised a greater commitment to sustainability and net zero.

4.2 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?

*
Yes

4.2.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?

*
100

4.3 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?

*
Yes

4.4 Describe the calculation methodology and comment on the data accuracy and any tools used to calculate your scope 3 emissions.

*
Calculations are made using Normative.io and corrected where we believe they are optimistic.

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.

*
We changes calculation methodology between 2022 and 2023 which led to a sharp drop in our calculated emissions. We believe we were possibly over-reporting for 2022, however the scale of the drop means we have taken the conservative view and decided to 'over-report' and smooth the reductions curve up to our target year. We believe this conservative view ensures we are accurately reflecting our commitment to our targets and not benefitting from calculation methodology changes.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?

*

Reducing scope 3 emissions,Balancing emission reductions with business growth,Inaccurate or insufficient data,Limited influence over suppliers

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?

*
