We have an ESG statement and ESG strategy document is produced at the start of each financial year including achievements for previous FY and objectives for new FY.

Yes

We have relocated our offices, encouraged public transport for commuting and are working on increasing awareness on climate issues by introducing training on climate change.

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

 Moved to a new office in a shared-space building which is energy efficient and managed by a team that is committed to set the highest standards of sustainability and social responsibility.  Relocation has also allowed us to reduce the number of suppliers we use, which will help us significantly reduce our carbon footprint as our supply chain currently represent 78% of our carbon footprint.  Continued to encourage our people to use public transports or cycle to work through our Season Loan and Cycle to Work schemes, as well as the office relocation to a central area making easier to commute via public transports and walking.  Started reporting our net carbon emissions (Normative).  Got rated a 70% overall score on our ESG policies and processes by Ecovadis and was awarded a gold medal in recognition of our sustainability achievements.  Continued to encourage efforts to reduce printing and paper waste through our Environmental Policy, Information & Security policies, and Health and Safety policies.
