*

Yes

Working on reducing all Categories, wherever possible. GHG Protocol. Emission coefficients used - UK Government GHG Conversion Factors for Company Reporting and/or Climatique, plus conversions. Scope 3 - Category 1 - mainly spend-based but getting more and more precise/detailed every year, as we managed to get some data from our Suppliers (this is 2nd time of calculating Scope 3).

*
Progress observed. Main reasons: Scope 1 & 2 - reduction plan working, updated indicators. Scope 3 - reduction: new calculations of carbon emissions (for products bought, received directly from manufacturers, after constant reminding, asking etc); fewer products sold, so lower carbon emissions in category "use of sold products"

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?

*

Reducing scope 1 emissions,Reducing scope 2 emissions,Reducing scope 3 emissions,Limited control over energy use in buildings,Slow societal and economic progress on climate action,Limited influence over suppliers
