Whether planning how you will meet net-zero targets, futureproofing to ensure continuity in the face of climate impacts, or creating initiatives that support a thriving society, our goal is to support you in driving positive change. Our services that enable third parties to avoid GHG emissions in their value change are as follows: Internal Learning & Development Services Improving the understanding of social and environmental sustainability throughout an organisation is crucial in delivering strategy. Our team has built a sound knowledge and understanding of best practice in Social and Environmental Sustainability (SES) Strategies and Communications. We offer a range of standardised and tailored workshops, planning tools and best practice guides, that are suited to businesses who have limited understanding and want to get started but don’t know where or how, and for those who are in the early stages of developing a strategy who would benefit from guidance and best practice benchmarking to organise their credentials and goals. Our workshops support team training and development needs by setting people on the correct path with confidence and optimism to develop a robust social and environmental sustainability strategy that is focussed on meaningful progress. The face-to-face workshop employs a blend of learning via insights, global case studies, communication best practice, and the practical application of these to each individual business and their sector, to develop a strategic and communications framework and action plan that equips them with the tools and confidence to effectively communicate their sustainability credentials, actions and goals. • build internal understanding on the role of social and environmental sustainability within business • develop an internal competence to drive sustainability best practice throughout business • inspire and engage people to play an active part in achieving social and environmental sustainability goals Strategy & Communications Framework Development Our trusted appraisal and planning framework helps build your social and environmental sustainability roadmap. • understand a business role in social and environmental sustainability • benchmark credentials and actions in an industry • shape and embed a bespoke social and environmental strategy in business • build internal understanding and alignment around strategy and collective responsibility for its success • create and execute a communications framework to share, demonstrating credentials, actions, and goals • bridge internal credentials and external communications
