3.7.2 Describe your actions taken to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the reporting period*

Acclaro’s reported greenhouse gas emissions for FY2025/26 were 21.85 tCO₂e on the current location-based basis. Average FTE increased by approximately 3%, from 11.91 to 12.22, while emissions per FTE reduced to approximately 1.79 tCO₂e/FTE. The final year-on-year movement in total emissions and emissions intensity will be confirmed once the Scope 2 market-based comparative has been reconciled. Location-based electricity emissions decreased by approximately 43%. This reflects both a reduction in electricity consumption, from approximately 3,833 kWh to 2,742 kWh, and a lower UK grid emission factor in FY2025/26. As a tenant, Acclaro has limited direct control over whole-building energy consumption. Purchased Goods and Services emissions decreased from 21.20 tCO₂e to 9.66 tCO₂e, a reduction of approximately 54%. The movement partly reflects refinement of the supplier-spend assessment, including the exclusion of expenditure identified as client pass-through costs and updated treatment of selected suppliers based on the nature of the service and available activity data. The year-on-year movement should therefore be interpreted with some caution, as equivalent pass-through expenditure and supplier classifications may have been treated differently in the prior year. Capital Goods emissions decreased by approximately 8%, from 1.10 tCO₂e to 1.01 tCO₂e, while Business Travel emissions increased by approximately 10%, from 1.13 tCO₂e to 1.24 tCO₂e to reflect the application of lifecycle emissions to scope 3 categories which were not incorporated in the prior year. Both movements were relatively small in the context of the overall footprint. Employee commuting and working-from-home emissions increased by approximately 39%, from 6.64 tCO₂e to 9.23 tCO₂e. Average FTE increased by only approximately 3%, indicating that workforce growth alone does not explain the movement. The FY2025/26 calculation reflects employee-level commuting distances, transport modes, office attendance and working-from-home patterns captured through the employee survey. Scope 1 emissions remained nil, reflecting Acclaro’s continued no-company-car policy and the absence of other identified direct emission sources.
