2025 is used as our initial emissions baseline. The baseline value is an estimated starting point based on our current small-office operations, electricity use and backup power requirements. Adexmedic & Tour intends to improve emissions measurement as more complete energy and activity data become available.

During the reporting period, Adexmedic & Tour implemented practical measures to reduce energy use and emissions within its office operations. These included improving energy-use practices for office equipment, increasing the use of digital communication and online processes to reduce unnecessary printing and travel, improving transport planning, and encouraging staff to switch off equipment when not required. The company also began planning further energy-efficiency improvements and the future adoption of renewable energy solutions to reduce reliance on fossil-fuel-based backup power.

This is Adexmedic & Tour's first reporting period for establishing and documenting its greenhouse gas emissions baseline, therefore comparable emissions data from previous years is not yet available. During the reporting period, the company began integrating climate considerations into its operations through improved energy-use practices, greater use of digital communication and electronic documentation, reduced unnecessary travel and printing, and planning for further energy-efficiency and renewable-energy improvements. Future reporting will focus on improving the quality of emissions data and tracking progress against the company's reduction targets.
