Dudobi is an AWS-only managed service provider. We migrate small and medium businesses and nonprofits onto Amazon Web Services and then run their cloud infrastructure for them, covering cloud operations, security operations, DevOps and cost optimisation. We work from offices in London and Cape Town and hold ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certification. We have no manufacturing, no vehicle fleet and no physical distribution.

Office electricity fell from 13,805 kWh in 2024 to 12,077 kWh in 2025, a reduction of 12.5%, through equipment consolidation and reduced reliance on the standby generator, which recorded no usage across the year. Our Environmental Impact Plan also commits us to eliminating landfill waste beyond one bin bag a week and to using plant-based cleaning products, both of which are in place and assessed annually.

Reducing purchased goods and services emissions. We continued moving our own servers out of our London colocation rack and into AWS through 2025, on the basis that hyperscale facilities run at far higher utilisation and efficiency than a part-filled rack. The rack was retired entirely in March 2026, so its remaining emissions will disappear from our 2026 figures.

We fund verified climate projects beyond our own footprint. In February 2026 we retired 77 Gold Standard Verified Emission Reductions against our 2025 emissions (order GSM31273), split across the Water is Life project in Madagascar, improved institutional cookstoves for schools in Uganda, and the Mozambique Safe Water Project. That retirement deliberately covers more than our reportable footprint, since we also offset directors' personal air travel.

This is our first report to the SME Climate Hub, so there is no prior submission to compare against. Our own tracking shows gross emissions of 25.5 tCO2e in 2023, 34.2 tCO2e in 2024 and 60.2 tCO2e in 2025, although the earlier years used a narrower boundary and less reliable data, which is why 2025 is our base year. Air travel between our UK and South African operations accounts for roughly 80% of the 2025 figure, and 2025 was an unusually heavy travel year. Office electricity fell 12.5% year on year. Our London colocation rack was retired in March 2026 and will drop out of future figures. We retired 77 Gold Standard credits in February 2026 covering the full 2025 footprint including directors' personal air travel, but those credits are not netted off the emissions reported here.
