為實踐ESG願景與使命，本公司以董事會為永續發展相關議題之最高決策單位，並於2025年5月8日董事會通過永續長之任命案，負責公司永續發展策略之規劃、推動與執行。本公司已於2025年8月7日第十一屆第二次董事會決議通過成立「提名暨永續發展委員會」，協助董事會推動董事及經理人提名、永續發展、及風險治理之決策及督導，並由董事會決議委任三名董事組成，其中過半數為獨立董事，且各成員皆具備企業永續與風險治理專業知識與能力。 「提名暨永續發展委員會」下設「永續發展推進委員會」，由永續長擔任主任委員，以及公司多位高階主管擔任常務委員，統籌督導永續發展相關事務推動。本公司推動永續發展專職單位為總經理室永續發展組。「永續發展推進委員會」設有ESG組(分設公司治理、環境永續、社會參與、幸福職場、及夥伴關係等小組)及風險管理組，每季召開會議由各分組長報告上一季執行成果及下一季執行規劃。 本公司永續發展推進委員會依照ESG策略執行成果定期進行討論，2025年度已於2月、4月、7月及10月召開四次定期會議，除例行的ESG策略執行成果報告，當發生重大ESG事件時，例如重大申訴案件或嚴重的負面衝擊事件等，永續發展推進委員會須將相關部門調查結果及因應措施提報提名暨永續發展委員會及董事會討論。2025年提名暨永續發展委員會共召開1次會議，出席率為100%，其中與董事會溝通重大事項有0件。 2025年『永續發展推進委員會』與董事會開會溝通及報告事項
