Fleet Optimisation & Technology (Scope 1): o Implement strict anti-idling policies in the yard and on-site via telematics monitoring. o Utilize helpdesk telematic dispatching to reduce overall transit mileage to call-off jobs. o Phased transition of corporate cars to Hybrid/Electric vehicles while monitoring commercial payload capacity developments. 2. Head Office Energy Mitigation (Scope 2): o Execute an office energy condition audit to substitute legacy light fittings and electronics with high-efficiency alternatives. o Deliver custom energy efficiency toolbox talks to training staff on climate workflows. 3. Value Chain Control (Scope 3): o Launch an employee car-sharing/commute tracking log to decrease personal vehicle travel by 5% per annum. o Mandate Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) on all major construction and building services delivery sites.
