the majority of our emissions sit in **Scope 3** (for example travel, commuting/homeworking, and the emissions linked to what we buy), while our direct operational emissions are relatively low. That’s positive in the sense that our day-to-day operations don’t rely heavily on direct fuel use—but it also makes our priorities clear: the biggest opportunity is improving the way we measure, communicate, and reduce the Scope 3 drivers that are most relevant to a company of our size. To turn the commitment into practical action (and to keep ourselves accountable), we’ve set a focus on communication and awareness. We’ll continue to build this into how we work, including: - **A clearer internal comms rhythm** (with periodic updates on what we’re doing and what’s changing). - **A simple Climate Impact page on our website**, setting out our SME Climate Hub commitment, what we measure, a summary of our latest footprint, and the practical steps we’re taking—kept intentionally straightforward and evidence-based. - **A measured annual public update**, shared once per year via LinkedIn (and, where appropriate, relevant partner/industry channels) so our progress is transparent without overstating it. - **Consistent client-facing wording**, by including our SME Climate Hub pledge and environmental credentials in RFPs, proposals, and client onboarding materials—focused on what we can genuinely evidence today and what we’re building towards. - **Ongoing employee engagement**, using the sustainability Slack channel to share workable ideas we can implement (with a focus on actions that are achievable at our scale).
