The assessment covers critical business functions and areas, including production, supply chain, information technology, human resources, and quality assurance. For each identified risk, the plan documents existing preventive controls and defines response and recovery actions to be implemented should a climate-related disruption occur. The plan is intended to support the continuity of critical operations, minimise disruption, and enable timely recovery. Additionally, Knoll focuses our efforts on our value chain, as our materiality assessment identified this as the area where we can have the greatest impact. This includes working with suppliers and partners to strengthen resilience, improve environmental performance, enhance material traceability, and reduce emissions associated with our operations.

6.3 Have you integrated climate and/or nature into your company mission statement or shareholder agreements? If yes, describe how.*

Yes

Message from our CEO: Our purpose—to create luxury packaging that protects what is precious—guides us to prevent negative impacts and deliver positive change. Knoll's 2025 GHG inventory shows a broadly stable emissions profile compared with 2024, with continued progress in operational efficiency and targeted reductions in scope 3. Combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions decreased by over 3% compared with 2024, driven by energy-saving measures across operations. This improvement reflects ongoing efforts to enhance energy efficiency and reduce fuel and electricity consumption in Knoll’s own facilities. Total Scope 3 emissions increased slightly in 2025 relative to 2024. This movement is primarily attributable to higher emissions from product transportation, which outweighed reductions achieved in other Scope 3 categories.
