We also strengthened company-wide emissions tracking.

In 2025, andCo Hospitality reported approximately 4,322.6 tCO2e in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, representing a 31.8% reduction from our 2018 base year of approximately 6,340.4 tCO2e. We also expanded our emissions inventory to include fugitive refrigerants, company-owned vehicles and key Scope 3 categories, improving the completeness and accuracy of our reporting. During the year, we continued investing in on-site solar, renewable electricity, energy efficiency, waste reduction and improved emissions tracking. Going forward, we will continue working toward our SBTi-validated target of reducing absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions 50% by 2030 from our 2018 base year, while improving refrigerant management and identifying additional opportunities to reduce emissions across our operations and value chain.
