Data collection from waste contractor and using project accounting data. Significant increase in business travel impacts due to big icrease in international work and more effective data capture (eg switching from taxis to uber, meaning that trips previously paid for through petty cash are captured)

Carbon Management Plan is led by member of the management board, who takes responsibility for measuring emissions, identifying opportunities for reduction through our Sustainable Practice Group, and informing business decisions with implications for environmental sustainability.

Recent significant increase in international work due to business profile and changing economic climate has required increased travel. Whilst we increasingly communicate digitally using remote collaboration tools, our physical presence is required and there are no realistic sustainable travel options available to mitigate this increase. We are on target to achieve our target 50% reduction in scope 1 & 2 before 2030 but our original target included business travel and this element is very unlikely to meet this target.
