Our climate strategy is overseen through an ESG governance framework led by the ESG Committee, with the Sustainability Team responsible for implementation, monitoring GHG emissions and progress toward climate targets, and reporting to management.

We have identified both transition and physical climate risks, including potential increases in carbon-related and facility investment costs, operational impacts from extreme weather events, potential asset damage, and changes in visitor numbers.

Yes

We organized an ESG exchange program for cultural institutions to share environmental and sustainability practices, including climate action and resource circularity, and to promote collaboration across the sector.

Scope 1 and 2 emissions increased slightly in 2025 compared with the previous year. However, total Scope 1 and 2 emissions remained approximately 16% below the 2019 baseline, while emissions intensity remained broadly stable. Scope 3 emissions increased primarily due to expanded measurement coverage and improved data collection.
