2025 Government GHG conversion factors have been used to calculate carbon. Figures are based transactions through the accounts. ZTP has no Power or gas meters and is a remote working company. Notional figures have been included to account for waste and water used when visiting a serviced office.

The 2025 Govt conversion factors were used on the actual spend information that went through the accounts over the calendar year. Allowances were estimated for waste from visits to a shared office space.

We develop our own Platforms, Trace and Kiveev, to help businesses monitor and understand their energy and carbon usage. We help clients source Green Energy, provide benchmarking on client sites, assist in ESOS, SECR, GRESB and other GHG and ESG reporting for clients. We map energy usage on a Day + 1 basis, alerting on anomalies. We advise clients on Energy Reduction projects.

ZTP is a provider of enabling climate transition services that help organisations monitor, measure, report and reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. These services have the characteristics of EU Taxonomy enabling activities because they directly support clients in achieving energy efficiency and carbon reduction outcomes.

We have removed the risk of climate damage to our IT infrastructure by using secure cloud services with data in more than one location. We have moved out of physical offices partly to reduce the impact of loss of a location to climate change issues.

The Carbon intensity has reduced from the 2024 year. This is primarily because the proportion of remote workers without vehicles has expanded. There has been a negative move in increased face to face meetings which was driven by client activity, increasing the need for business travel.
