2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.*

We are a company that primarily operates online, with recent expansion we expect to take on more employees to help manage the business. As such, we felt our net zero goals should be calculated using intensity, as opposed to absolute, since we are in a significant expansion phase.

No

3.8 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your Scope 1 and 2 emissions?*

Small Business Carbon Calculator

3.8.1 Specify any additional details*

Our baseline report from 2024 initially used a different calculator supplied by Clean Growth UK (developed by researchers at Brighton University). This calculator initially calculated our scope 2 emissions to be 0 metric tons CO2e as we bought our electricity from a renewable supplier. SME Climate Calculator has offered a different score of 0.86 metric tons CO2e with the no change in company practices, which we assume comes from other carbon costs to purchasing renewable energy from the grid not previously considered by the Clean Growth calculator.

Value Chain Emissions (optional)

Scope 3 emissions

4.1 Have you measured any of your scope 3 emissions?*

Yes

Supply chain related - upstream emissions

Customer related - downstream emissions

Scope 3 units confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered all Scope 3 emissions values in metric tons CO2e

4.2 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Yes

4.2.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Climate strategy and planning, Energy efficient buildings and offices, Business travel and commuting, Other company behavioural changes

4.2.2 Provide any additional details*

We have opted to source second hand and sustainably sourced purchases when possible such as used phones and other electrics for the company where possible. We have used public transport where possible and combined trips in order to work towards our sustainable business goals. We are a remote and paperless business and use digital platforms. We are conscious that data centers and digital devices require significant resources, so we have incorporated digital sustainability practices alongside our company behaviours.

4.3 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?*

No

4.3.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?*

-

4.4 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?*

Yes

4.5 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 3 emissions?*

Small Business Carbon Calculator

4.5.1 Specify additional details*

As with our scope 1 and 2 baseline (2024) emissions, our baseline scope 3 emissions were calculated using Clean Growth's carbon calculator. Our 2024 and recent 2025 reports reflect a reduction of scope 3 emissions, however, we are unable to verify whether this has been due to company actions or difference in calculators used.

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

We are pleased with our progress this year, which saw a considerate amount of construction work in order to improve efficiency and quality of the working premises. With no construction projected for 2026, we expect renovation related emissions to reduce. We are also pleased to see a significant decrease in our business travel emissions from 0.81 to 0.36 tonnes CO₂e. We believe lack of air travel this reporting year has been a key contributor, whilst in-person meetings and networking increased over this period.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*

Reducing scope 1+2 emissions, Reducing emissions from business travel, Balancing emission reductions with business growth, Time constraints, Inaccurate or insufficient data

Specify other challenges*

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?*
