Base year value confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered my base year value in metric tons CO2e

2.2 Near-term target*

50% of absolute scope 1+2+3 emission reduction from my base year by 2030

2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.*

Our overall company goal is to align with global targets and actions to keep global warming below 1.5 degrees C by halving emissions by 2030 and achieving net zero before 2050.

No

Own Emissions *

Energy consumption

3.2 Total energy consumption*

65667 kWh

3.3 Total renewable energy consumption*

0 kWh

Scope 1 emissions

3.4 Scope 1 emissions*

1.64 metric tons CO2e

Scope 2 emissions

3.5 Location-based Scope 2 emissions*

26.34 metric tons CO2e

3.6 Market-based Scope 2 emissions*

-

Scope 1 and 2 units confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered all Scope 1 and 2 emissions values in metric tons CO2e

3.7 Have you taken any actions to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the reporting period?*

No

3.8 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your Scope 1 and 2 emissions?*

Small Business Carbon Calculator, Own internal calculations

3.8.1 Specify any additional details*

Electricity in kWh is calculated from utility costs in euros divided by the emission grid factor of each office location in euros/kWh, so numbers may be slightly inaccurate as the origin of data comes from total utility spend which includes gas, water, and electricity.

Value Chain Emissions (optional)

Scope 3 emissions

4.1 Have you measured any of your scope 3 emissions?*

Yes

Supply chain related - upstream emissions

Customer related - downstream emissions

Scope 3 units confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered all Scope 3 emissions values in metric tons CO2e

4.2 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

No

4.2.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

4.2.2 Provide any additional details*

-

4.3 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?*

No

4.3.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?*

-

4.4 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?*

No

4.5 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 3 emissions?*

Small Business Carbon Calculator, Own internal calculations

4.5.1 Specify additional details*

As business travel is only available to be inputted as distance based in the Small Business Carbon Calculator and we have only spend-based information, we have calculated as a spend-based ratio from 2023. This method is based off deriving the factor from our own 2023 Normative report, where it was listed at 266 tCO2e. As this calculation method can carry a significant margin of error, we have set a goal to measure this category as a distance-based approach for increased accuracy for the coming years.

Climate Solutions (optional)

5.1 Do any of your existing products and/or services qualify as climate solutions or enabling solutions?*

5.2 Please confirm your solutions meet all the following safeguard requirements.*

What percentage of your total revenue came from these products and/or services last year?*

-

5.4 Provide descriptions/names of your solutions:*

-

5.5 How did you assess whether these are climate solutions?*

5.5.1 Has any third party validated this?*

-

5.5.2 Specify any additional details*

-

Governance, Strategy and Climate Risk (optional)

6.1 What governance processes do you have in place for your climate strategy? Choose as many as are applicable.*

No - we plan to in the next 1-5 years

6.2.1 Where are the climate risks you've identified?*

-

6.2.1 Explain*

-

6.2.2 How are you managing these climate risks? Choose as many as are applicable.*

6.2.2 Explain*

-

-

-

6.4 Have you taken actions this year outside of your emissions to accelerate climate progress?*

-

-

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

Switching from the Normative Business Carbon Calculator to SME Climate Hub's Small Business Carbon Calculator changed the emission factors applied to our purchased goods, producing materially lower recalculated figures for every year on the same activity data. Because it is a change in methodology and not performance, we have recalculated the full inventory back to 2022 and adopted 2022 as our baseline year under GHG Protocol Chapter 5. From our report, emissions per € revenue was lower in 2025 than in our 2022 baseline year, though the change across the timeframe has been small. We will continue to shift our range from traditional products into more sustainable alternatives to further reduce our emissions.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*

Electrifying the vehicle fleet and/or cutting transport emissions, Inaccurate or insufficient data

Specify other challenges*

-

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?*

No
