Continued compliance to ISO 14001 maintained – certification expiry date is 22nd July 2027. Minimising shipments received from implantcast Germany to implantcast UK to once a week. Minimising shipments to implantcast Germany from implantcast UK to once a month. Prioritising the procurement of recyclable packaging and encouraging the reuse of packaging. New company fleet is electric where possible, some are hybrid as required. Being internally paperless where possible. Fostering collaboration with external stakeholders to drive shared environmental sustainability initiatives by supplying monitoring and measuring data as and when requested to customers, frameworks, implantcast Germany, SME Climate Hub and any other relevant external parties, where applicable. Regularly review and update the environmental policies and goals by monitoring, maintaining and promoting environmental compliance and best practice within icUK.

Our total emissions have grown due to our rapid business growth. Compared to our baseline year (2022) our total emissions for financial year end 2026 increased by 494.37 tCO2e. Compared to financial year end March 2025, our headcount increased by 65%, our facilities expanded by 64% and our revenue grew by 18.7%, meaning our growth is outpacing our emissions. Inbound international air freight (accounting for 76.46 tCO2e in 2026) is managed exclusively by our parent company, implantcast Germany, to guarantee medical supply chain continuity. implantcast UK have no direct operational control over these transit methods. Additionally, our UK headquarters is located within a shared tenancy facility, meaning utilities and structural building efficiencies are under landlord procurement control. Our new emission intensity metrics are: Emissions per £ revenue: - 2025: 0.12 kgCO2e - 2026: 0.12 kgCO2e Emissions per employee: Decreased by 31.2% - 2025: 37.19 tCO2e - 2026: 25.59 tCO2e Emissions per square meter: Decreased by 30.8% - 2025: 2.08 tCO2e - 2026: 1.44 tCO2e.
