2.2 Near-term target

*

30% of absolute scope 1+2+3 emission reduction from my base year by 2030

2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.

*
This target is based on the 2024 baseline year, which reflects the initial operation of our new Vietnam factory with a machine utilization rate of only 10% and a production duration of just 2 months. As the factory expands production and stabilizes operations, we will achieve a 30% absolute reduction in scope 1+2+3 emissions by 2030 through equipment efficiency upgrades, process optimization, and energy use optimization measures. This is a key milestone on our path to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across our operations and value chain by 2050, in line with the 1.5°C pathway.

2.4 To reduce emissions in line with my commitment, my company has a climate action plan and is taking action

*
Yes, the plan and action include all scope 1+2+3

3.7 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 1+2 emissions in the reporting period?

*
Yes

3.7.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 1+2 emissions in the reporting period

*

Climate strategy and planning,Energy efficient buildings and offices,Energy efficient production processes

3.7.2 Provide any additional details

*
During the reporting period, we have taken initial actions to reduce scope 1 and scope 2 emissions: We have developed a climate action plan with short-term (2030) and long-term (2050) reduction targets aligned with SBTi pathways. We upgraded all lighting in the factory and office to LED, reducing electricity consumption. We optimized the compressed air system to minimize leaks and reduce unnecessary energy consumption. These actions are part of our phased decarbonization plan, and we will expand measures such as renewable energy adoption and further process optimization in the coming years.

3.8 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 1+2 emissions?

*

Hired an external consultancy

3.8.1 Specify any additional details

*
We calculated scope 1 and scope 2 emissions using activity data (electricity consumption, fuel usage) from our new Vietnam factory in 2024, combined with publicly available IPCC and national grid emission factors. The calculation follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, covering emissions from on-site fuel combustion and purchased electricity. Given the factory was in initial operation with low machine utilization (10%) and limited production duration (2 months), the data reflects a partial operational baseline.

Value Chain Emissions (optional) *

Scope 3 emissions

4.1 Have you measured any of your scope 3 emissions?

*
Yes

Supply chain related - upstream emissions

Customer related - downstream emissions

4.2 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?

*
Yes

4.2.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?

*

Climate strategy and planning,Transport and logistics

4.2.2 Provide any additional details

*
During the reporting period, we have taken targeted actions to reduce key scope 3 emissions: We developed a scope 3 reduction plan aligned with our SBTi commitments, focusing on purchased goods and services, transportation, and waste categories. We worked with key plastic raw material suppliers to optimize logistics routes and reduce transportation-related emissions.

4.3 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?

*
Yes

4.3.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?

*
30 of spend

4.4 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?

*
Yes

4.5 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 3 emissions?

*

Hired an external consultancy

4.5.1 Specify additional details

*
The scope 3 emissions inventory was conducted by an independent third-party consultancy following the GHG Protocol Scope 3 Standard, covering key categories such as purchased goods and services, transportation, and waste generated in operations.

Climate Solutions (optional) *

5.1 Do any of your existing products and/or services qualify as climate solutions or enabling solutions?

*

No

Governance, Strategy and Climate Risk (optional) *

6.1 What governance processes do you have in place for your climate strategy? Choose as many as are applicable.

*

Governance process in place

6.1.3 Please describe the governance process in place

*
We have established a cross-functional Climate Action Team consisting of representatives from production, procurement, quality control, and management. The team meets quarterly to oversee our decarbonization strategy, track progress against SBTi-aligned targets, and coordinate the implementation of energy efficiency projects, third-party GHG verification, and supplier engagement activities. The team reports directly to senior management, ensuring climate action is embedded into operational and strategic decision-making.

6.2 Have you started to identify and assess your companies climate risks and opportunities?

*
No - we plan to in the next 1-5 years

6.3 Have you integrated climate and/or nature into your company mission statement or shareholder agreements? If yes, describe how.

*

Yes

We have integrated climate commitments into our company’s strategic priorities and operational policies, aligning our business goals with the 1.5°C pathway. Our mission includes a commitment to continuous environmental improvement, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the use of recycled materials, and engaging with suppliers on sustainable practices. These commitments are reflected in our internal operational guidelines and communicated to all employees as part of our sustainability training.

6.4 Have you taken actions this year outside of your emissions to accelerate climate progress?

*

Yes

This year, we have taken several actions beyond direct emissions reduction: Completed third-party verified GHG inventory (ISO 14064-3) covering scope 1, 2, and key scope 3 emissions. Conducted employee training on climate action and energy conservation awareness. Shared our net zero commitment and decarbonization roadmap with key customers to support their low-carbon supply chain requirements.

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.

*
As a newly established factory, we completed our first third-party verified GHG inventory for 2024, covering scope 1, 2, and key scope 3 emissions. We have set science-based targets aligned with the 1.5°C pathway, including a 25% reduction in scope 1+2 emissions by 2030 and net zero by 2050. While our initial operational data reflects low utilization rates, we have implemented foundational energy efficiency measures and established a cross-functional team to drive our decarbonization roadmap.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?

*

Balancing emission reductions with business growth,Complexities in managing supply chain emissions,Inaccurate or insufficient data

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?

*

Yes

The scope 1, 2, and key scope 3 emissions data in this report has been verified by an independent third-party consultancy in accordance with ISO 14064-3 and the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, with a formal verification report issued.
