For over 13 years, Maria Farinha Filmes has been the largest producer of impactful entertainment in Latin America, focused on stories that inspire positive environmental and social change. We are involved from the initial idea, development, production, and distribution of audiovisual works. With 18 years of experience and headquartered in Brazil, MFF has produced over 50 films, series, and other formats that have impacted millions of people on mainstream platforms. Since 2014, a pioneer in the Latin American film industry, Maria Farinha Filmes inspires best practices and business standards, following the principles of B Corporations. B Corporations form a network of companies of various sizes that use the power of business to build a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system for people and the planet. Maria Farinha Filmes' headquarters are located in a rented building in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. Because it shares the building with other units, the company does not have effective control over all the building's energy consumption, as this is divided among the other occupants.

The organization continuously seeks to reduce its environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable, inclusive, and regenerative economic model. Currently, its operations are based in a rented commercial building located in a metropolitan area, with infrastructure and resource consumption shared among different occupants. In this context, the company does not have direct control over the origin of the electricity consumed, nor access to dedicated primary renewable energy sources. Additionally, Maria Farinha Filmes does not maintain significant direct sources of emissions, such as its own vehicle fleet or significant use of fossil fuels in its operations.
