As a virtual business we are somewhat hamstrung by our need to use third-party software. This impacts on our ability to be truly net zero, so we rely on ethical offsetting to maintain a carbon neutral position.

We are in the process of starting a SBT programme with Zevero to get better insight into how we can improve real emissions, as opposed to the Scope 3 only emissions we qualify for as a virtual business (with everyone working from home).
