Since sinCarbono does not have physical offices and operates entirely through remote work, Scope 1 & 2 of the carbon footprint do not apply. Our annual carbon footprint is measured in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard methodology.

Since our operations are fully remote, we report home office–related emissions under the employee commuting category. As a reduction measure for this category, we have also explored the purchase of iRECs. In addition, we offset the emissions associated with all categories of our carbon footprint.
