We have COSSH assessments for each of the products that we apply to customers\' lawns. Every team member is required to read the COSSH assessments for each product so they are aware of the risks when applying the product. We have recently been researching organic-based fertiliser that we could transition over to rather than the use of a synthetic product. Once these products are a place where we can have the same if not better results, we will likely make the switch. However, at this stage, the product is not advanced enough.

6.3 Have you integrated climate and/or nature into your company mission statement or shareholder agreements? If yes, describe how.*

Yes

ur company mission statement was written by the team where it states that the company \"....[will put] customer, employee and environmental interests at the heart of everything we do...\"

6.4 Have you taken actions this year outside of your emissions to accelerate climate progress?*

Yes

We did trail a wildflower service to provide for our customers - however uptake was too low to add to our yearly services We have been investigating electric eqiupment

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

We have been much more conscious of our expenses to try and reduce our emissions. Currently, we have one electric van, but we are looking into the possibility of expanding our electric fleet. We will be trialling some electric equipment - should this be a success, this will greatly reduce our fuel consumption.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*

Reducing scope 3 emissions, Electrifying the vehicle fleet and/or cutting transport emissions, Balancing emission reductions with business growth, Other challenges (please specify)

Specify other challenges*

It has been difficult for us to calculate how much carbon our services sequesters. As we maintain and in many cases renovate lawns which include seeding;we do proivide a service that does aborbe carbon. It has been extremly challenging for us to calculate this for the report.

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?*

No
