0 kWh

Scope 1 emissions

3.4 Scope 1 emissions*

0 metric tons CO2e

-

3.8 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your Scope 1 and 2 emissions?*

3.8.1 Specify any additional details*

We have calculated our energy use for 6 FTE colleagues working from home using figures provided by Octopus Energy. Laptops are 140 watts per hour, lighting is 10 watts per hour, and heating is based on 800 kwh per month over 6 months. The emissions factors for this energy use comes from Carbon Footprint Limited, who have carried out an LCA for us

Value Chain Emissions (optional)

Scope 3 emissions

4.1 Have you measured any of your scope 3 emissions?*

Yes

Supply chain related - upstream emissions

Customer related - downstream emissions

Scope 3 units confirmation*

-

4.2 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Yes

4.2.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Transport and logistics, Material circularity and waste reduction, Product/service design innovation

4.2.2 Provide any additional details*

In 2024 we worked with our manufacturing partner to incorporate electrified rail into our transport network, reducing the amount of road miles needed to transport our products from the factory to our delivery hub. We have also worked with them to develop new products made from recycled materials, which will improve material circularity in the area around the factory.

4.3 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?*

No

4.3.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?*

-

4.4 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?*

Yes

4.5 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 3 emissions?*

Own internal calculations, Hired an external consultancy

4.5.1 Specify additional details*

In 2024 we published an updated \\\"green credentials\\\" page on our website, which serves as a public repository for our green claims evidence. We have worked with an external consultancy to provide climate footprint figures for all of our products. These figures are printed on our boxes, and we also regularly communicate our climate footprint reduction programmes with our customers via email newsletter.

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

We do not offset so the figures we report are figures that we are actively working to reduce through real CO2e reductions. We have commissioned detailed LCAs for our products in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and have seen reductions in our climate footprint each year. This is as a result of efforts made to redesign our packaging and to make our raw material supply and transport more efficient. In 2025 we will launch new recycled products which we expect to shrink our overall footprint further.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*

Reducing scope 1+2 emissions

Specify other challenges*

-

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?*

Yes

Our near and long term targets have been approved by the SBTi. We have also undertaken an external audit of all of our green claims (including our climate footprint figures) with the sustainability team of the communications agency 181st Street.
