This was our first year measuring Scope 3 emissions, which we are considering as a baseline year. With the available data, our focus was on understanding our current situation and identifying gaps in information. This baseline will guide us in developing a more robust strategy with specific measures to reduce these emissions in the future.

Our Chief Sustainability Officer is responsible at board level for leading our climate strategy, including the management of climate-related risks and opportunities. In addition, all C-Suite members have defined sustainability responsibilities within their areas, ensuring collective accountability for climate action.

As part of our governance processes, our initial efforts are oriented toward collaboration with academic institutions. This approach reflects our openness to joint work and the building of strategic alliances, while creating opportunities to foster innovation, develop collaborative projects, and generate applied knowledge for the benefit of both the company and the community.

Sustainability, including nature and climate, is embedded in our mission as a key driver of innovation and a core element of our identity.

Beyond emissions measurement, this year we\'ve taken several actions to accelerate climate progress . We advocated for the Fossils To Clean campaign during the G7, highlighting the need to scale clean solutions; and we\'ve been awarded the Corporate Sustainability Award by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota. In addition, our sustainability practices were audited by ICONTEC as part of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota\'s Sustainability Ranking, further validating our progress and commitment.

This report marks the first year we include Scope 3 emissions, an important step in broadening the transparency of our footprint. As this is our baseline year, we expect future reports to show clearer data and trends as our measurement processes mature. We also see consistency in our Scope 1 emissions and a reduction in Scope 2, reflecting the impact of our efficiency measures. In parallel, we continue to strengthen internal practices and implement improvements in logistics, energy use, and product portfolio selection as part of our long-term journey to net zero.
