As a business we have a climate and sustainability policy that outlines our commitment for our employees to limit business travel unless deemed necessary. Each business trip needs to be justified and signed off by a manager. At the end of the reporting period we moved from our serviced offices to a new premise where we organised the running of teh building giving us much more flexibility over heating, waste management etc that will allow us to make significant progress against our targets.

During the period we have reviewed and put in place new policies around: Business travel - travel only for essential reasons and train encouraged where possible. Commuting - only 2 days in office through hybrid working. We also introduced a Cycle to work scheme. Waste management - new enhanced recycling provision within office. Reduction in plastic and introduction of glass bottles for catering. Review of energy provision due to move to new fully managed office ( previous serviced office made this difficult)

We have an internal tool that monitors carbon footprint of clients websites helping our clients to understand the environmental impact of their digital footprint and websites.

Leasing a serviced office significantly impacted our abilty have control over factors such as energy and waste management. However as of the end of the reporting period we have moved premises to a new fully managed office giving us more control over these elements to reduce future impact. We have also formalised our environment and sustainability working group who meet at regular intervals to review progress and new initiatives.

As a business we have a climate and sustainability policy that outlines our commitment for our employees to limit business travel unless deemed necessary.
