As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions, we are implementing a series of targeted initiatives. These include establishing a system to accurately record the fuel consumption of company vehicles and developing a reduction plan based on these measurements; ensuring the proper maintenance and optimal performance of our solar panels to maximize renewable energy generation; and analyzing the feasibility of an interconnection contract to further expand our clean energy use. Together, these actions reinforce our commitment to improving energy efficiency, increasing renewable energy adoption, and laying the foundation for long-term decarbonization.

These frameworks provide clear criteria to ensure that our services enable measurable reductions in energy use, water consumption, and overall carbon emissions, while also improving occupant health and well-being.
