We have achieved carbon neutrality for Scopes 1 & 2 six years ahead of schedule. This was made possible by the site move to an outstanding BREEAM facility that offers: Generation of onsite electricity from solar Installation of new, energy efficient equipment such as HVAC system Light and movement sensor LED lighting throughout Free EV charging for 6 vehicles Three parking spaces for carshares Omittance of gas Warehouse skylights provides natural daylight Rainwater harvesting In addition, we have: Replaced 100% fleet vehicles to EV’s Purchased 100% REGO backed renewable electricity

Yes

Catagory 1 represent 93% of scope 3 emissions. Where markets allow, we shall continue to innovate and develop new products, working closely with our supply partners to reduce our product\'s carbon emissions. We will investigate sustainable alternatives to plastics and plastic packaging e.g. minimum of 30% recycled content / lighter packaging / sustainable alternatives to laminate PP and HDPE packaging.

Operational climate risks include temperature extremes and localised flooding. We have a new HVAC system that will mitigate uncomfortable temperatures. If employees are unable to commute to the workplace, homeworking is possible for the office employees. We have a comprehensive critical supplier list that ensures goods and services are available from our value chain.

Our manufacturing output increased by 29% compared to 2023 so absolute emissions data does not take this into account. In the Autumn there was a two-month transition period whilst we moved our operations out of our old site and onto the new site.
