We have implemented several measures to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions in alignment with our sustainability goals: Transition to Hybrid Vehicles: Over the past year, we have replaced most of our leased vehicles with hybrid models, significantly lowering direct emissions associated with transportation. Currently, only one non-hybrid vehicle remains in our fleet, and plans are underway to replace it soon. Reduction in Electricity Consumption: We have implemented energy efficiency practices to decrease our electricity usage. However, we have also started measuring heating consumption, which was not accounted for in the baseline year. This adjustment has caused an increase in Scope 2 emissions this year despite our reduced electricity usage.

3.8 Describe the calculation methodology and comment on the data accuracy, including any tools/methods used to calculate.
