We calculate our emissions using the calculator provided by Ecologi UK, which is fully integrated with our accounting software, Xero. We also have emissions from working from home included in our carbon footprint of 18.4t CO2, which I could not include in any of the categories listed above

We have refined our business strategy to target companies that have similar values with us. We target clients that match the following profile: - Culture: values-aligned, ambitious, marketing-minded, tech-savvy. - Sectors: Progressive B2B technology and software companies, primarily in 1) health, 2) environment, food and sustainability and 3) lifelong learning. - Demographics: Medium-sized companies with £5m+ turnover, 50+ employees. We also started to do desk screening of our main suppliers following the BCorp ESG criteria and recommendations.

We did a full risk and opportunity analysis against each SDG, educated the entire company on the SDGs, and included sustainability in our compulsory training. We also continued to calculate our carbon footprint and published our first impact report.
