2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.*
Scope 1 - We are hoping in the next few years, the garden machinery electric technology will have advanced enough for our uses, to last a whole day of work before needing charging. We have been researching into this more electric equipment and hope to purchase some in the coming years. Scope 2 - Our scope 2 emissions has increased. We believe this is a result of the calculating tool (Normative) not requesting the cost of our energy bills for the report previously. From reviewing the two reports Normative have calculated, the questions are different but the the data in our energy consumption hasn't differed that much. 3 - we already use a lot of companies that are net zero or renewable energy. but we are always looking to increase this. It has been difficult for us to report our expenditure for some of our suppliers if they are already relatively 'green' company.

We have COSSH assessments for each of the products that we apply to customers' lawns. Every team member is required to read the COSSH assessments for each product so they are aware of the risks when applying the product. We have recently been researching organic-based fertiliser that we could transition over to rather than the use of a synthetic product. Once these products are a place where we can have the same if not better results, we will likely make the switch. However, at this stage, the product is not advanced enough.
6.3 Have you integrated climate and/or nature into your company mission statement or shareholder agreements? If yes, describe how.*

Yes
We have been trialing a wildflower project for some of our customers. This was in the development process when completing the report last. So far the results have been positive from the handful of customers who have requested to take part in the trial. This should be ready to be fully introduced next year.
Results, Challenges and Outlook *
7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*
We have been much more conscious of our expenses to try and reduce our emissions. Currently, we have one electric van, but we are looking into the possibility of expanding our electric fleet
7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*
Electrifying the vehicle fleet and/or cutting transport emissions, Balancing emission reductions with business growth, Other challenges (please specify)
Specify other challenges*
It has been difficult for us to calculate how much carbon our services sequesters. As we maintain and in many cases renovate lawns which include seeding;we do proivide a service that does aborbe carbon. It has been extremly challenging for us to calculate this for the report.
7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?*
No
