describe the calculation methodology and comment on accuracy:

End of life was obtained through a customer questionnaire (with over 1000 responses) asking how they dispose of clothing, catalogues and packaging and uses the calculation in the GHG protocol document. Upstream transportation figures have been calculated using the distance based method in the GHG protocol document. Downstream transportation uses spend-based method taking the EEIO number from DEFRA. This will potentially be the least accurate but as a mail order business it is not possible to breakdown the data any further
