describe the calculation methodology and comment on accuracy:

Our emissions are calculated in tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent using the appropriate conversion factors published by Greenhouse Gas protocol. Our emissions data is reports in line with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard. Figures have been verified by the "Planet Mark" and we achieved re-certification in 2022.

We are focussing on energy reduction across our estate. One of our objectives is to achieve certification the energy management standard ISO50001 across all group sites. As part of this we have been working on installation of solar panels at two of our sites, awareness programs to change behaviour, installation of more effective heating controls, review lighting and potential for LED replaements.
