*We updated our expenses and travel policies to encourage lower carbon options when choosing travel and purchases to be expensed. We surveyed our supply chain on their sustainability policies. We updated our home working policy to encourage energy saving.

We are a B Corp and have recognised the environment as a stakeholder in our business as part of a change to our governing documents.

We purchased 74 tonnes of carbon removal credits via Ecologi and we also joined the 1 trillion trees and donated £780 for tree planting.

*We reduced our carbon intensity slightly per £100k of revenue in this reporting year, while also including additional mileage, entertainment and pension expenditure which was not included in the previous year.
