The transition to a renewable electricity tariff has had a direct impact on lowering our Scope 2 emissions, and operational changes — including optimised heating schedules, LED lighting upgrades, and reduced office occupancy through hybrid working — have contributed to further reductions in both electricity and heating demand. Compared with earlier years, our climate strategy is now more structured and proactive. We have formalised board‑level oversight, integrated climate considerations into operational decision‑making, and begun assessing wider risks such as supply‑chain emissions and regulatory changes. This represents a shift from simple compliance towards a more strategic, forward‑looking sustainability approach.
