Our vision, mission and values were updated in 2024. This includes a section on the company\\\'s impact on the planet and our plans including scope 3, CSR actions etc.

Yes

All the team were trained on ESG. Green guide for staff was written and shared to encourage them to reduce their emissions at home and at work. 50% printing reduction target achieved. Added food waste composting as a separate waste stream. Actively managing IT storage to reduce energy use. Updated travel policy to facilitate greener travel.

Our Scope 3 emissions have gone up as we have more accurately calculated purchased goods and services using the Normative calculator.
