In 2021, we began installing EnergyStar appliances, water heaters, and smart thermostats throughout the entire complex to save energy and increase efficiency. In 2023, we went outside to replace the landscape lighting with motion sensor and solar capabilities to take maximum advantage of our precious Florida sun. Every building is equipped with updated weather stripping, reusable grocery bags, even bicycles and electric scooters for guests to commute in the area, avoiding gas emissions and reducing waste. We also provide discounts to residents and visitors who pick up trash along the beach during their stay.
