Commute based on averaged regularity of attendance and known distance to offices. Manual addition of all train journeys to site meetings on expenses claims. Multiply miles by DEFRA emissions factor. Collated business miles from expenses claims and multiply by DEFRA emissions factors, using average car as standard.

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.

As a rapidly growing company (25% year on year over the last 2 years), we have struggled to achieve absolute reductions as originally hoped. We have achieved intensity savings by engineering efficiency and have taken up a green electricity tariff. We had PV prior to setting our baseline and had already achieved 80% reduction in consumables under our ISO14001 actions over 10 years, prior to setting this baseline. We do not own any premises, which are shared.
