In March 2025, we moved into new premises. Although the building had been fully refurbished, we found that the electric radiators installed were not fit for purpose. As a result, portable fan heaters were used throughout much of the winter period to maintain a comfortable working environment. This, combined with the fact that the new premises are almost twice the size of our previous location, contributed to an increase in our Scope 2 emissions. Towards the end of the winter, the landlord replaced the radiators in several rooms and installed additional insulation in the floor below our premises. These improvements are expected to enhance energy efficiency and help reduce energy consumption and associated emissions in the coming year.
