Commitment and Targets *

2.1 Net zero target year*

2050

2.1.1 Base year*

2025

2.1.2 Base year value*

8

Base year value confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered my base year value in metric tons CO2e

2.2 Near-term target*

50% of absolute scope 1+2 emission reduction from my base year by 2030

2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.*

2025 has been selected as our baseline year. As a small office-based agency, our initial carbon footprint is estimated at approximately 8 tCO₂e based on our current operational profile, including office energy use and employee commuting. We intend to improve the accuracy of this baseline as more detailed consumption and Scope 3 data becomes available. We are committed to reaching net zero by 2050 and aim to reduce our absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030. We will also continue to measure and reduce relevant Scope 3 emissions, including employee commuting, business travel, purchased goods and services, and IT equipment.

2.4 To reduce emissions in line with my commitment, my company has a climate action plan and is taking action*

Yes, the plan and action include scope 1+2

Own Emissions *

Energy consumption

3.2 Total energy consumption*

8000 kWh

3.3 Total renewable energy consumption*

0 kWh

Scope 1 emissions

3.4 Scope 1 emissions*

0.55 metric tons CO2e

Scope 2 emissions

3.5 Location-based Scope 2 emissions*

0.65 metric tons CO2e

3.6 Market-based Scope 2 emissions*

-

Scope 1 and 2 units confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered all Scope 1 and 2 emissions values in metric tons CO2e

3.7 Have you taken any actions to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the reporting period?*

Yes

3.7.1 What actions have you taken?*

Energy efficient buildings and offices, Transport and logistics, Product/service design innovation, Digital and technology-enabled solutions, Other company behavioural changes

3.7.2 Describe your actions taken to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the reporting period*

We have taken practical steps to reduce office energy consumption, including limiting the use of gas heating to when required during colder periods, switching off lighting and equipment when not in use, and now have more working from home options so less people are in the office. We also aim to minimise unnecessary energy consumption through the efficient use of office equipment and heating.

3.8 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your Scope 1 and 2 emissions?*

Own internal calculations

3.8.1 Specify any additional details*

Initial Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were estimated internally based on the operational profile of our small office, including estimated electricity consumption and natural gas used for seasonal heating. Standard UK greenhouse gas conversion factors were used to convert estimated energy consumption into CO2e. These figures are currently estimates and will be refined using actual utility consumption data where available.

Value Chain Emissions (optional)

Scope 3 emissions

4.1 Have you measured any of your scope 3 emissions?*

No

Supply chain related - upstream emissions

Customer related - downstream emissions

Scope 3 units confirmation*

-

4.2 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Yes

4.2.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Energy efficient buildings and offices, Energy efficient production processes, Business travel and commuting, Transport and logistics, Supply chain engagement, Material circularity and waste reduction, Other company behavioural changes

4.2.2 Provide any additional details*

Our hybrid working pattern reduces commuting compared with five office days per week. If you also minimise unnecessary business travel, use video calls, or reuse IT equipment, those also count.

4.3 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?*

No

4.3.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?*

-

4.4 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?*

Yes

4.5 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 3 emissions?*

Own internal calculations

4.5.1 Specify additional details*

Initial Scope 3 emissions have been estimated internally, focusing primarily on employee commuting. Estimates were based on typical commuting distances, number of office days and vehicle travel patterns. We intend to expand our Scope 3 measurement over time to include other relevant categories such as business travel, purchased goods and services, IT equipment and waste.

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

We have focused first on understanding our main operational emissions, including office energy use and employee commuting. As our data collection improves, we intend to refine the accuracy of our Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 reporting and use this baseline to track progress against our emissions reduction targets in future years.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*

Reducing scope 1+2 emissions, Reducing scope 3 emissions, Reducing emissions from business travel, Complexities in managing supply chain emissions, Inaccurate or insufficient data, Low return on investment

Specify other challenges*

-

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?*

No
