Our near-term target is intensity-based, measured as tonnes CO2e per employee (headcount), as permitted for companies with 50 or fewer employees. 2026 is our first year of measurement and serves as our base year: Scope 1+2 emissions of 6.47 tCO2e, or 0.22 tCO2e per employee. Our target is to halve this to 0.11 tCO2e per employee by 2030. Our footprint is small: Scope 1 comes from a single gas boiler serving part of the office, and Scope 2 from office electricity, which also provides most of our heating and cooling. The main levers available to us are moving the office electricity supply to a renewable tariff and reducing reliance on the gas boiler over time. Revenue is reported as net revenue, excluding media spend passed through to advertising platforms on behalf of clients.

Staff are asked to switch off devices when not in use and to optimise energy settings, and we reduce heating and lighting in unused areas of the office, in line with our sustainability and environmental policy. We are reviewing a move of the office electricity supply to a renewable tariff.

Energy use taken from supplier bills for our two electricity supplies and one gas supply. Readings are actual except for one electricity supply between October 2025 and mid-January 2026, where bills were not available, and September 2026, both estimated from actual consumption in comparable periods and cross-checked against the supplier's estimated annual usage. Emissions calculated using the UK Government GHG Conversion Factors for Company Reporting (2026): electricity 0.13096 kgCO2e/kWh (location-based) and natural gas approximately 0.183 kgCO2e/kWh (gross CV). No supplier-specific renewable electricity was purchased, so market-based Scope 2 is reported at the location-based value; our supplier's published fuel mix (135 gCO2/kWh) is closely comparable. No refrigerant top-up was recorded at the air conditioning service during the period.
