3.7 Have you taken any actions to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the reporting period?*

Yes

3.7.1 What actions have you taken?*

On-site low-carbon/renewable energy generation, Energy efficient buildings and offices, Transport and logistics

3.7.2 Describe your actions taken to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions in the reporting period*

- Our Scope 1 emissions consist only of natural gas at headquarters. HQ has moved to a colder climate as of August 2025, but we will keep endeavoring to reduce that footprint. -Our headquarters market-based electricity is 100% renewable as of 2023. - Our Scope 3 is difficult to reduce further as we have consciously reduced emissions for years. Our business model reduces emissions for other entities, as an avoided emissions benefit that grossly dwarfs our footprint (we are a climate solution by the Exponential Roadmap definition)

3.8 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your Scope 1 and 2 emissions?*

Other calculator (please specify), Own internal calculations, Other (please specify)

3.8.1 Specify any additional details*

Custom built in-house calculator for all scopes. Uses EPA eGRID for scope 2 location-based.

Value Chain Emissions (optional)

Scope 3 emissions

4.1 Have you measured any of your scope 3 emissions?*

Yes

Supply chain related - upstream emissions

Customer related - downstream emissions

Scope 3 units confirmation*

I confirm that I have entered all Scope 3 emissions values in metric tons CO2e

4.2 Have you taken any actions to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Yes

4.2.1 What actions have you taken to reduce scope 3 emissions in the reporting period?*

Business travel and commuting

4.2.2 Provide any additional details*

-

4.3 Have you asked any of your suppliers to set a net zero target (either voluntarily or as a requirement)?*

No

4.3.1 What percentage of your suppliers have you asked?*

-

4.4 Have you communicated your commitment and actions to any of your customers?*

No

4.5 Which tools or methods did you use to calculate your scope 3 emissions?*

Other calculator (please specify), Own internal calculations, Other (please specify)

4.5.1 Specify additional details*

Custom built in-house calculator for all scopes. Uses Cornerstone/EPA EEIO used for scope 3 spend-based analysis

Results, Challenges and Outlook *

7.1 Provide any additional comments or context on your annual results and progress from previous years.*

Overall results noisy, largely driven by how much we subcontract (overwhelming the major spend category)

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?*

Reducing scope 1+2 emissions, Reducing scope 3 emissions, Reducing emissions from business travel, Balancing emission reductions with business growth, Low return on investment

Specify other challenges*

-
