1.2 Describe your business activities

AIP is an international insights and customer experience consultancy providing mystery shopping, customer experience measurement, market research, in-home product testing (IHUT), and operational performance improvement services. We design and manage research and evaluation programmes that help organisations measure service quality, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and consumer behaviour, delivering actionable insights that support informed business decisions. Our business operates through a fully remote, digital-first model, with collaboration, project management, data collection, analysis, and client communication conducted primarily through cloud-based technologies. This operating model minimizes the need for physical office space and significantly reduces the environmental impact associated with traditional office-based operations.

2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.

*
As a fully remote, digital-first company, our operational emissions are already relatively low. We will continue to focus on reducing emissions by limiting unnecessary business travel, prioritising virtual collaboration, improving the quality and completeness of our emissions data, and making responsible procurement decisions where practical. We recognise that some emissions, particularly those associated with business travel and other Scope 3 activities, may remain unavoidable. Our priority is to reduce these emissions as far as reasonably possible before considering high-quality carbon removals or offsets for any residual emissions. We will review and report our greenhouse gas emissions annually and update our reduction strategy as our business grows and new opportunities for emissions reductions become available.

2.4 To reduce emissions in line with my commitment, my company has a climate action plan and is taking action

AIP\\\\\\\'s primary measure to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions is its fully remote, digital-first operating model. The company does not maintain office premises or company-owned vehicles, eliminating the direct energy consumption and emissions typically associated with office operations and daily employee commuting. Virtual collaboration and online client meetings are the default approach, with business travel limited to essential activities only. As AIP grows, it will continue to review opportunities to maintain this low-emission operating model while further improving its environmental performance.

The 2026 reporting period establishes AIP\\\\\\\'s baseline greenhouse gas emissions inventory. As this is our first year of formal emissions measurement and reporting, no direct comparison with previous years is available. Our total reported emissions reflect our current fully remote, digital-first operating model, which naturally results in a low carbon footprint. Going forward, AIP will measure and report its emissions annually, monitor progress against its reduction targets, and continue identifying opportunities to reduce emissions while maintaining high-quality service for our clients.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?

*

Reducing emissions from business travel

7.3 Has there been any third party validation of the data submitted in this report?
