The organisation has set a target to achieve a 30% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2028 from a 2024 baseline. Emissions will be monitored using recognised methodologies such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Scope 3 emissions will be progressively measured and incorporated into the organisation’s longer-term net zero strategy as data availability improves.

Following the establishment of our emissions baseline in the previous reporting year, we have continued to improve our data collection and emissions monitoring. For this reporting cycle, we have used a more advanced carbon calculation tool provided through the SME Climate Hub, delivered via the Equipoise carbon accounting platform platform. This has enabled a more detailed assessment of our Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions. We will continue refining our data collection processes and use these insights to track progress and inform future emissions reduction actions.
