Over the last financial year, our measured carbon footprint was 236 tonnes CO₂e, against an annual turnover of £2 million. This figure provides us with a clear baseline from which to track and improve our environmental performance year on year. We are proud to have made meaningful progress toward our sustainability goals: Packaging Improvements – We have already transitioned a significant proportion of our product packaging away from plastic and other unrecyclable materials. This change reduces both our direct environmental impact and that of our customers. Our target is to have 100% of our packaging redesigned and sustainable by the end of 2026, and we remain firmly on track. Smarter Shipments – By upgrading our internal systems, we have been able to consolidate deliveries and reduce the number of shipments made to customers. This not only lowers carbon emissions from transport but also improves efficiency across our supply chain. Looking ahead, we are committed to continuing our work in these areas and exploring new opportunities to minimise our environmental impact, while maintaining the high level of service and quality our customers expect.

7.2 Do you face any key challenges in reducing emissions?

*

Reducing emissions from business travel,Time constraints,Lack of skills and knowledge
