2.3 Provide any additional comments or context on your net zero and near term targets.

*
We are a micro-business with three employees, fully remote, and therefore have no emissions from rented office space. Our Scope 1 emissions are minimal, as we are now operating only one company-owned electric vehicle, used for essential business commuting. Our Scope 2 emissions relate to employee home office electricity consumption. We encourage renewable energy tariffs and energy-efficient equipment. Our Scope 3 emissions are limited to business travel (mainly rail), IT and office equipment purchases, and waste from minimal paper and material usage. We have already reduced paper use to near zero through digital-first operations and cloud storage. We intend to further reduce Scope 3 emissions by prioritising local suppliers where feasible, maximising use of digital collaboration tools, and purchasing IT equipment with sustainability certifications. Any residual emissions (anticipated to be under 10% of baseline) will be addressed through verified, high-quality carbon removal projects. We will review progress annually, updating targets as data quality improves.

2.4 To reduce emissions in line with my commitment, my company has a climate action plan and is taking action
