3.7 Describe your plans and actions taken to reduce scope 1 & 2 emissions.

*
A portion of our Scope 1 and 2 emissions is related to the heating and energy use of our current office location. We are actively exploring more sustainable office spaces or considering a transition to a fully remote setup. The remaining electricity-related emissions stem from business travel. We aim to increase the share of renewable electricity in our operations, either by switching to certified renewable sources or by obtaining Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs/ROCs).

3.8 Describe the calculation methodology and comment on the data accuracy, including any tools/methods used to calculate.

*
Our environmental impact is calculated following the GHG protocol. The CO₂ emissions factors are based on the official Dutch national factors published on co2emissiefactoren.nl. The emission factors are derived from scientific research within the Netherlands and are representative of the Dutch situation. These studies are aligned with international standards and data sources, allowing most emission factors to be used internationally without significant deviations in total emissions.
