We have 100% renewable electricity with Octopus. We are looking into changing our gas supplier to a renewable energy for the coming year.

We take monthly meter readings to ensure we are gathering 100% accurate data. The m3/kWh information is input into the Compare Your Footprint carbon calculator which gives us the emissions total.

We used the Compare Your Footprint carbon calculator to calculate all our emissions in Scope 3. The vast majority of our emissions are in Purchased Goods and Services and here we only have £ spend data. We will work on improving that in future. For business travel and commuting, we were able to gather an good estimate of the distance travelled by each mode of transport so as to get a relatively accurate emissions total.
