Our emission reduction efforts include improving equipment efficiency, incorporating renewable energy, and encouraging low-carbon transportation. We also promote carpooling among employees traveling to the same nearby destinations to minimize vehicle use. Additionally, we have set up monitoring and adjustment systems to track our progress and ensure we stay on track with our emission reduction goals.

Circle Place combat climate change through carbon sequestration, sustainable practices, renewable energy, and resilient crops. They optimize supply chains, reduce methane and nitrous oxide emissions, support reforestation, and promote circular economies. Utilizing precision agriculture and data-driven solutions, they enhance efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Scope 1 emissions are related to direct greenhouse gas emissions from owned or controlled sources, such as fuel usage. To reduce these emissions, Circle Place promotes carpooling to help save fuel and decrease its environmental impact. In addition, Circle Place also has implemented low-oxygen burning biochar, which has the advantage of storing carbon dioxide in a stable form that can remain in the soil, resulting in reduced carbon dioxide emissions. Scope 2 emissions refer to indirect greenhouse gas emissions from the generation of purchased electricity, steam, heating, and cooling consumed by the organization. These emissions occur at the power plant, not directly at the organization’s site, but still result from its energy consumption. To reduce Scope 2 emissions, Circle Place convert previous electric usage from generator to solar system for each sites.

1) Risk: Use of inorganic fertilizer may cause land pollution. Solution : We use environment friendly fertilizer which is harmless to ecosystem. Top management / Ongoing 2) Risk: The abandon plant may cause open burning if too dry may cause air pollution. Solution : We have trained our workers do not open burning the abandon plant, instead we use method of low oxygen burning biochar. CP face climate risks such as extreme weather, shifting growing conditions, regulatory changes, and financial volatility. To address these, they should adopt resilient crops, efficient irrigation, and regenerative practices while reducing emissions through renewable energy and carbon sequestration. Diversifying income with carbon credits or sustainable certifications, accessing green financing, and using digital tools for monitoring enhance adaptability. Partnering with experts and educating stakeholders ensures long-term resilience, aligning operations with sustainability goals and market demands.
